CEG Construction is an industrial design-build general contractor specializing in concrete tilt-up buildings including cold storage, food processing, and distribution facilities. CEG Construction is apart of Chalmers Equity Group and was founded on two basic principles: deliver turnkey facilities to clients at an affordable fixed price and operate the company with complete integrity.

Based on these principles, CEG Construction was formed in 1988. After completing many smaller projects over several years, in the fall of 1990 CEG was given the opportunity to improve an existing facility for DHL at Los Angeles International Airport. Then in the summer of 1992, CEG became an approved contractor of Northrop Grumman’s B2 program.
In 1994, CEG designed and built its first tilt-up building for SSK Produce Inc. From those initial opportunities, CEG continued to grow. In 1999-2000 C.E.G. was inducted into the Inc. 500 and in 2002 was placed on the Los Angeles Journal’s fastest-growing private companies list.
